Adding a custom message does not grant the Retailer any ownership, license, or rights to Candier® designs, branding, artwork, or trademarks. Custom Message The Retailer may provide a short custom message to be printed on the designated area of Candier’s standard candle label. Retailer represents and warrants that the custom message does not infringe on any third-party rights, contain offensive or unlawful content, or violate applicable laws. Use of Label Candier retains full ownership and control of the label design, layout, fonts, and brand elements. Retailer’s rights are limited solely to resale of the finished Candier® products they have purchased. No Ownership Granted Retailer acknowledges that by ordering candles with a custom message, they do not obtain any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights in Candier® designs, labels, or packaging. Termination of Service Candier reserves the right to refuse or cancel custom message requests at its sole discretion.
