I have ordered several times from this company and have great luck with the quality of product (s) received. However, whenever I need to work with customer service, I typically get unhelpful answers that need more probing from my end to get the information I am seeking. It takes days to get an answer of why a product did not arrive. I would appreciate an insightful, quick, and forward thinking person to be helping sort out questions.
