Belgian Chocolate Pretzel Rods
I feel bad but this company would not respond after many messages. The candy was not labelled as to what they were and no ingredient list as customers expect. Two bars were broken and 11 pretzel sticks. The sticks are very fragile and some of the chocolate in the bars was old as the chocolate had faded. Was very disappointed and was hoping for a solution but I got nothing. I want to send them all back for a refund at this point.

Horrible experienc and I ordered twice with a third replacement order and all three had pretzel rods arrive broken and with open un sealed packages. Chocolate Bars discolored from being old or not stored properly. They should not be on this platform. Ive never left a complaint in my life believe it or not and I know small businesses struggle as I am a small business owner but this is unacceptable. The amount of time I have tried to get my money refunded and sorted out right before my holiday sea

Belgian Chocolate Pretzel Rods
The plastic packaging is not long enough for the pretzels and the fold over and adhesive at the top is not sealing the pretzels from the air. The pretzels themselves are a bit too soft and already taste stale. Would not purchase again. I will be submitting a request for a refund for the pretzels that are not sealed.
