Response time from inquiry was so fast. They were fantastic and accommodating. Crystals were good quality and accurate to description. I will be buying as many crystals as I can from them in the future.

Im happy with the products I ordered, but there was an issue with shipping that caused a delay. When I alerted them, they said that they would have the issue fixed right away. Still no order. I notified them again & asked them to just send another shipment. They said they did, but still no delivery. I requested the tracking # & got no response. Finally the original order came. I never received tracking info about the 2nd shipment so I doubt they even sent it. Communication could have been better
