I inquired about a shipping date 3 weeks after ordering and was told that they were impacted by the hurricane, which I totally understand..... however I ordered 2 weeks before the hurricane hit. I've since needed to order again as I had clients request specific items and it's now been nearly 4 weeks since ordering and it has yet to ship. I've messaged but haven't gotten any response. This makes me look bad to my clients so I'm not inclined to order again.
