We wanted to love these but when we got our shipment it was only some. No communication to let us know that the others (more than half) would be coming weeks later. The first set the cookies and packaging were wet from the ice packs. I reached out and let them know. The second set that we got weeks later were dry and no ice packs used which was fine. The packaging for the cookies are not esthetically pleasing. The cookies in general look nice but we've been told they're very sweet.

Ordered on 3/23 - Our cookies arrived in time for us to market for the Easter holiday. They were packaged for retail and a cute addition to our display. The second half of our order did not receive the same careful attention. The hot chocolate bunny bombs were ordered the same day as the cookies and unfortunately arrived at 3:40 on Friday, April 18 - no time to market for the Easter, 4/20 holiday due to our storefront M-F schedule. Communication regarding the lateness is still unanswered.
