They shipped less than what was ordered and had a really bad attitude when dealing with the issue. It was just a small problem, but it took three months still not solved and they were super unprofessional throughout. They didn’t check their own shipping mistake and instead they sent an email to customer service implying that we intentionally claimed there were 6 tubes of toothpaste missing. and for the backorder 2 month no any update . Even though the items were already in stock.
