Bleached and dyed peacock tail feathers with full eyes, 30–40 inches long, are skillfully bleached and dyed with vivid colors that saturate the entire feather and quill (stem). This treatment removes the original blue-green natural iridescent hues to create a luminous and dimensional sheen of color to the eye of the peacock feather.
