Besides the products being exactly as awesome as described, this company has great customer service. We had a shipping issue, where the fault was on my end for not correcting the shipping address that had recently changed. The only feedback I have received from customers is that the scents are not as strong as one would expect from a seasonally scented item, however, this may be ok with a variety of customers.
