We can't really tell what color lots of them are unless they are wet. ***All Stone will vary slightly in size shape and color**** ****Stones in picture have been cleaned to show quality of stone*** Most of the obsidian / volcanic glass is black but some of it will be fire or snowflake. There are also some of the new Velvet obsidian, which is a golden green color, sometimes a golden green sheen over black. You may receive some of each or all of one type as we simply grab whatever is next to be shipped. Some of the pieces are thin and some are pretty good sized chunks. ****Any blue you see in the photos is reflection from the sky, picture are of display product, wet and oiled to show color.******
