Description
Sauerkraut is the most well-known fermented food and has been around for at least 1,000 years. Before refrigeration, fermented foods were a way to get nutrients throughout the winter and were known by sailors to prevent scurvy. Our classic kraut recipe is similar to what has been made over the millennia. Its sour tang can enhance any meal and provides billions of beneficial bacteria in every bite. Ingredients: organic cabbage, organic caraway seeds, unrefined sea salt. Refrigerate upon arrival.

We are a new, small foodie shop in the midwest. We sell high quality local bratwurst and dogs and we wanted a tasty kraut for a topping that we also sell! Being able to order just one of a flavor is OUTSTANDING!! We sampled 4 of them ourselves, fell in love and started sharing with our customers. We sell these for $12.50 in a shop that sells a lifeless, tasteless kraut for 4.50. And I have had to reorder several times in our 6 weeks of the doors open. TRY IT you will not be disappointed.
