I have disputed some of the items that came because they were literally just laying in the box w some shredded paper. That needs to be worked on because you have shipped these to me OVERSEAS. These were liquids mind you. I pack better when i ship to another town. Let alone overseas. So that led to have the items being broken. The labels were put on crooked on everything and it was sloppy. The candles cannot be used ( the cover is plastic ) MAJOR fire hazard.

Nach mehreren Bestellungen bei El Alquimista kann ich ruhigen gewissens sagen, dass ich bisher sehr zufrieden bin. Es wäre natürlich klasse, wenn es auf den Artikeln auch englischsprachige Beschreibungen gäbe, da meine Kundinnen und Kunden selten spanisch sprechen, aber das ist nur eine Inspiration, da es den Verkauf sicher fördern würde.
