Please advise your customers on the following: - Do not place unlit sticks on polished or painted surfaces or areas likely to stain. - Handle the sticks via the thin woody end to prevent colour transfer. - Place the stick in a suitable incense holder ensuring that it is stable. - Position the holder on a flat surface away from any material that may ignite and in a draft-free area. Wash hands after handling incense. - Ensure any falling ash lands onto a non-flammable, non-staining surface. - Light the tip of the stick and gently blow out the flame so that the stick is glowing/smouldering. - To extinguish the stick, dip it in water. - Keep out of reach of children and pets. - Never leave a lit stick unattended.
