This seller is not trustworthy. I had an issue with my order and they asked me not to report it to Faire and they would take care of it. After 6 weeks and multiple requests they did not replace the items. Of course now it's too late to dispute with Faire.

They shipped only half of our order with a note saying the other half shipped in a seperate box. We trusted this even with no tracking. We reached out once and they never responded so we claimed it to be replaced.They then send a message asking me to remove the claim bc it makes them look bad. I said sure please send me tracking. Nothing. Sent 3 more messages no response and they were read. My charges were still on invoice bc it was past claim time. I think they do this on purpose. Never again!
