Welcome to our Perfume Assessment - 5 Scents!   A cosmetic safety assessment – or CPSR – is a document, prepared and signed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor, that confirms whether or not a particular product complies with UK and EU cosmetic regulation. All cosmetic products placed on the UK and EU must have a cosmetic safety assessment. An assessment is the first step in being able to sell a cosmetic product and our Perfume Assessment will allow you to make them in 5 of our perfume/aftershave inspired scents. The assessment will include a recipe and method which makes the process simple. Making your own perfumes is incredibly easy to do - requiring the mixing of just 2 ingredients.
