SO sad to give 1 star, we had great success with this brands Valentines line. Our Easter order was ordered 45 days out and just today 4/22/25. We tried emailing with no response. Life is busy if you can't get product at least respond to your clients. We all run small business and rely on our orders.

I am so aggravated with this brand and also with Faire. I made multiple attempts to reach out to brand and to cancel my order. I ordered in plenty of time for Valentines and an event I was attending. I could not get through to the vendor and Faire was no help. My items I need for the event arrived a week after. Quality is subpar.

What did ship is great. But, when I ordered 5 items, I had no shipping update for weeks. I message- no response. I called Faire, they canceled the order so I could order from another co. in time. Later, I got a message that didn't address cancellation/shipping concerns, just a note that 1/2 of the order was out of stock and they were shipping the rest w/out my input. Now I'm overstocked. It came w a coupon saying she had a baby & was busy- I wish they'd noted that bc it would've helped to know:)
