If I could rate this a negative zero I would. I bought $300.00 worth of product and EVERY SINGLE JAR that was delivered to me was BROKEN. This jar is my MAIN seller for my detergent I make and I now don’t trust purchases from Joyjolt. I don’t know what my alternative solution is going to be. I wish they did a better job because I would be a customer forever. I wish I kept the photos I took when I spoke to customer service about this issue but I deleted them, not knowing I could leave a review.
