The assorted variety contains 6 pieces each of our milk, smooth dark, medium-dark, and extra dark chocolate varieties. Suggested pairings: Milk: rose, port, sherry, burgundy. Smooth dark: champagne, riesling, pinot noir, vintage port. Medium dark: merlot, shiraz, zinfandel, chianti, rhone. Extra dark: cabernet sauvignon, bordeaux, barolo, malbec.
