Very impressed with how these mixes bake up! The spice mix is a particular favourite. Flavour and texture are fab and the instructions are easy and accurate. A very light cake that we topped with Italian meringue buttercream so it was equally as light. Will buy again!

This is my 4th order. I made the chocolate cake (added chocolate chips) for my daughters wedding cake. We are celiac and I am so grateful that I can have delicious products that I can eat. A lot of the customers in our shop are repeat buyers as well!
