We ordered the mom & daughter bracelets and bookshelf earrings. The brackets were so tangled in the bags a clerk had to open each one and repackage them. The earrings are not on the hang tags and when we open each bag and put them on them they hang lower and don’t fit. You can see in the pictures they do not arrive as pictured in the product listing.

The product itself was exactly what I expected and is a great value. However, the way they packaged each item for resale was terrible. There was absolutely no way I'd be able to sell it as is. It was not as advertised. I had to open each package and display the bracelets on the card included inside. First two pictures show the way I received them. The last picture shows the product after I fixed it. If the product was advertised the way I received it, I never would have bought it.
