This was our first order with HomArt for our retail vintage & home decor store. As first time buyers, we were a little concerned about ordering fragile items but should not have worried at all. Everything arrived very well packaged and perfectly intact. Shipping was so reasonable! The quality of the items is excellent, and in our location, can easily exceed the recommended retail price on the majority of them. We are already adding more items to the cart for our next order. So pleased!

$1,000 order had over $500 in shipping. I get it cost are high but the reason it was so high is our order of olive trees and bowls were shipped in 7 boxes. many of the large boxes only had 1 inner carton and the rest peanuts. If the order was packed more economically with the consumer expense in mind this high cost could be avoided. This is not a shipping cost concern but the manner in which 7 boxes are excessive and wasteful.
