It's gigantic! Paperboy's high quality confetti balloons are a popular decoration for any event, and this one is super big in size and impact. Each retail-ready pack contains one jumbo 36" clear balloon, filled with confetti. We machine cut our confetti from premium grade tissue paper and mylar, for crisp edges and rich color. Handcrafted in Portland, Oregon USA.

We needed a rush order and the Paperboy delivered! Stunningly gorgeous we loved everything from confetti filled balloons to paper plates and buntings. Definitely recommend and def will reorder in future. I think we could have blown up the balloons even bigger if we had more helium!
