The quality of the chargers and headphones was sub par. The retail packaging advertised in the listing is different than what you will actually receive. You're better off going directly through China as you will get a better price, and better packaging.

Lightning Earbuds
This is probably my 8th order from Tech Trendz, and the shipments always always come fast and accurate, but I have an increasing number of returns from items not working. It's embarrassing having to disappoint customers and have them think you're selling them a crappy product. The packaging is inconsistent as well. UPCs constantly overlap with other products they carry so my point of sale rings out the wrong item. I have to waste stickers and make my own skus to avoid confusion.

Lightning Earbuds
I've been using these products for a couple months now and have reordered multiple times from selling out. I have not had a customer come back and complain that something didn't work yet. These are obviously not "top of the line" tech products but are excellent for convenience and souvenir stores to help a customer get an affordable replacement for something they forgot at home.
