These joyful surprise balls from TOPS are so beautifully presented! We received them soon after ordering, arriving in plenty of time to have available for customers shopping for Valentine's Day! I love the special touches- glitter on the citrus, and the catchy phrases like, "Be My Clementine." Just all around lovely. Of course we had to pop for the heart shaped sparklers too.
