The weight of the product is heavier (0.8mm) Both products have our traditional ceramic coating non-stick finish. The ceramic non-stick coating is Lead Free, Cadmium Free, PTFE Free, PFOA Free and PFOS Free. Heat resistant to 450 degrees. Hand wash and hand dry.
