We were really excited about this order. Upon receiving it we noticed all pieces were not properly stabilized and had what is called puckering. We contacted White Stitch and they asked for us to send photos which we did. We received no response, so we asked for an update. They stated they were working with faire to get us a replacement and for us to ship back. No problem! I followed up 2 business days later asking for an update. No response. A week later & still nothing. Buyers beware.
