The sling backs we purchased have been a huge hit. The package came and was missing and item and we had another that was defective. It did look like someone had cut our box during shipment and definitely not their fault. Customer service responded immediately and was very kind and professional.

I was VERY disappointed with my order! I immediately regretted my purchase as soon as I saw it was shipping from Hong Kong and not the US. I placed a large order and all items were shoved in a small box and completely squished. The quality was horrible, the material was thin, there were no tags (only tiny size tags) and the sizing was way off. There is no way I can sell these items in my boutique! I ended up returning my entire order.

Very disappointed on my first order with your company my items was dirty,inside items that were supposed to be in package was not, no way I can sell these items. I asked the UPS man if there was another package he said no I’m supposed new to have backpacks he said no way a backpack is going to fit in that small package. That’s why I think it was taped and exploded from the products not fitting being squished and ripped
