Organic Spanish Salchichon from Sueno de Alba Ganadera. Organic Salchichon made using meat from organic free-ranging pigs mixed black pepper, nothing else. Traditional holm oak smoking and cured in natural wood curing sheds. No transgenic products, no preservatives, no colourings and Organic certified by the EU (ES-ECO-002-AR ). Europe Organic regulation ensure high standards of welfare along the whole life of the pigs. Meat melts on the tongue: soft, delicious and cured with presicion. Well balanced content of tasty fat in sausages. Superb additions to bread, salads, anti-pasti/tapas etc. A little goes a long way. Lactose free goat cheese tasty and full. (Superb also crumbled in mediterranian meatballs.) Lasts longer than the bbf-date also when opened. All items vaccumed in clear foil. Readble declarations of ingredients. Small ice packs added for optimal shipping. (Trial order on sardines awaits testing.)
