Our wild blackberries are delicately hand-picked in the undergrowth of one of Europe's most pristine forests, at the foot of the Dinaric Alps. We have chosen a wild bramble blackberry, not to be confused with the black mulberry (or black mulberry) of the black mulberry tree (Morus nigra), nor with its close cousin the white mulberry (or mulberry) fruit of the white mulberry tree (Morus alba, commonly silkworm mulberry), simply dried and sweetened with apple juice. This way, we avoid counterbalancing (by adding sugar/sucrose or oil, for example) its many properties, and highlight its unique taste. Rediscover this superfruit!
