Love the products but we were charged for products that we never received and after messaging asking if they are coming separately they never got back with us. So we are stuck paying for something we didn’t get. Update: they’ve taken care of the missing products finally.

This company has AMAZING customer service, ships quickly, their products are always of the BEST quality, they are able to keep their costs DOWN by NOT branding, which is fine by me. I just add my OWN tag and price when I get the products anyway, I rather it that way then pay the extra cost. Again, I would buy from them again and again!
