This is a completely herbal blend (caffeine free!) with a base of Rooibos. This is blended seamlessly with dried apple, cinnamon, all spice and marigold. Craft: 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of hot water. Let steep for 8-9 minutes based on desired strength, then remove herb vessel and enjoy. Each bag comes with about 25 servings of tea (2oz of tea leaves).
