We lost all the "new" products in our last order because we weren't aware they need refrigerated. Box wasnt labeled on the outside and it sat in our store room past the 14 day return date. We opened it and everything was room temp. Pretty disappointed. Buyers need to know that you will need to unpack and refrigerate them right away. We wont be ordering them again.
