We had a few issues with our order initially (not their fault). Jennifer was responsive and extremely helpful when I reached out. She really made things so much easier during a stressful time. Customers find the pads really comfortable and are happy with the products, but I really wish there was better differentiation in the packaging. Everything is the same color and it's nearly impossible to tell the difference. I think these would sell better if the different pad thicknesses had different wrapper colors, and if there was a bit of color on the tampon tubes. You have to look really closely at a small clear sticker to tell which variation it is, and the stickers fall off the pad bags.
