The products are great, but I was unlucky with the delivery time. It took 2 months. Customs fees are also added. I also didn't know about the EORI number that I had to apply for... it was all a bit complicated, overseas is just a bit more complicated... all in all, I'm still satisfied because the products are really very nice.

I was previously familiar with the amazing, sacred Song of India incense, so I was very excited to have a way of ordering it for our store. The displays are beautiful, the samples for customers were a great way to introduce the products, and the candles were an additionally wonderful asset to our set. I had no idea they made candles. They are affordable, thoughtfully designed, and already selling very well.

My order was mistaken with another customers, I contacted Faire and was pleased with how quickly they refunded and resolved the issue, as well as how quickly R. Expo/ Song of India contacted me and resolved the issue on their end. I was disappointed with the hand carved wooden flutes that are not tuned at all and cannot play more than 3 bad notes. The mistaken order I received was all aluminum singing bowls, of low quality too. Bad quality instruments. The incense is great though. Recommend.

Be VERY sure you make no mistakes in ordering as all sales are final and they will ignore you for days at a time unless you keep asking. Product is amazing though!
