I never write reviews but this was just an incredibly disappointing customer experience. Ordered item C, they sent item B. I was still charged 50$ for shipping costs. I then noticed they changed the quantity of my order from 10 to 15 without any communication, dramatically increasing the cost of the order and shipping. They did so without my permission. Underdelivering, overcharging. Somehow they said they could change it from 10 to 15 or 15 to 10 but they could not cancel my order.
