Über RHO KOMBUCHA

The combination of a diagnosed autoimmune disease, the resulting interest in gut health, and the love for good food drove me - the founder Jennifer Färber - to become self-employed in 2018. The old and dusty image of Kombucha in Germany was to be revived with a modern brand. Kombucha as a product fascinates me greatly because it is very simple, honest, and yet so highly complex in content. It not only brings enjoyment but also has a beneficial effect on the organism. Above all, it taught me during my founding phase that good things in life need time to "ferment." Today I stand here again, holding my own brewed Kombucha in my hand, and I am very proud and especially grateful for that.
