Olive & Sinclair ist das erste und einzige Bean-to-Bar-Schokoladenunternehmen von Tennessee. Langsam geröstet und aus Stein erdet wurde O&S im Jahr 2007 gegründet. O & S ist stolz auf ihre Einnahme auf Bange-to-Bar-Schokolade, bekannt als Southern Artisan Chocolate™. O & S Chocolate beginnt mit Steinkakao, inspiriert von der Methode, die für gemahlene Steinkörner verwendet wird und Melangeoren (Steinmühlen) aus den frühen 1900er Jahren verwendet. Für einen robusten Geschmack und eine langsame Süße wird nur reiner Zuckerrohrzucker hinzugefügt, der für Southern Artisan Chocolate™ definiert ist. Das Konzept hat sich weiterhin mit der Erfindung von Buttermilchschokolade, alterndem Kakao in Bourbon-Fässern, Duck Fat Caramels, Kooperationen mit anderen südlichen Herstellern wie Allen Benton für unsere Smoked Nib Brittle und mehr definiert!
