Über KARMAOUI DESIGN

WE ARE FAMILY My name is Carla and I grew up in the Swiss mountains. After an apprenticeship in banking I decided to pursue a more creative career path and studied fashion design in Zurich. After several years in the design team of a department store, I had the privilege of working for almost eight years as a senior PR manager in a fashion and event agency. Along the way I have already founded my own slow fashion label KE'CH CRÉATION. In spring 2019 I moved to Marrakech and focused on the production of my label. In Marrakech i met my husband Ismail. We created together the company KARMAOUI DESIGN and opened a little store in the medina nearby Jardin Secret. After a few years in Marrakech we moved back with our Family to Switzerland where we built up the KARMAOUI CONCEPT STORE. Chaimae is our Team- & Family-Member in Marrakech. She's managing our store KE'CH CRÉATION in the colorful souk of the medina. She is also our assistant in the production area and takes care of the quality control on site. Hassan is another KARMAOUI DESIGN family member. He takes care of the logistics & the preparations of the shippings to Switzerland. But more importantly, Hassan paints our hand painted pictures as well as the leather babouches. Geschichte lesen
