Cooked with tomato sauce and white wine, this fricassee of squid strips is accompanied by Camargue rice (Protected Geographical Indication). Can be enjoyed hot (3 minutes jar closed in the microwave or pour the contents into a saucepan and heat over low heat) INGREDIENTS: rice 38.6%, squid (fish) 28.6%, crushed peeled tomatoes (tomatoes 70%, tomato juice 29.9%, acidifier: citric acid) 23.1%, white wine (sulphites) 4.6%, garlic 1.1%, onion 1.0%, olive oil 0.9%, butter 0.7%, parsley 0.7%, salt 0.5%, pepper 0.2%.
