Delicate, this eau-de-vie offers its gourmet aromas of caramelized compote and the finish leaves a nice and light sweetness. The Nèflas brandy from the Sonneur Distillery comes from the maceration of common loquats (Mespilus germanica) in organic wheat brandy, then distilled in our still. After being distilled in our Holstein still, our loquat brandy has aged for a minimum of 1 to 3 months in stainless steel barrels, thus maintaining its delicate aromas, enhanced by this aging period. 50 cl, 20 cl and 5 cl transparent glass bottles. Bottling and labelling are done manually.
