For cornelius cornbrandy, we use a special type of ancient grain - forest perennial rye. It grows nestled in the countryside in the Alsdorf region. Its aroma is earthy and herbal, which gives my grain brandy a unique strong taste. Please drink it traditionally in a short glass. In the New German “batch”, we are limited to 100 bottles.
