Chorizo Cular de Bellota 100% Ibérico | Product obtained from the best meats from our own 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth. They spend the first stage of their life on the farm, feeding on natural cereals produced in our facilities until they reach a weight of between 40kg and 50kg, when they move to the pastures. There, they enjoy an exquisite diet composed of the aforementioned selection of cereals, grasses, tubers, roots, and acorns, reaching a weight of between 90kg and 100kg by early October when the montanera begins, the time when the acorns fall and they feed exclusively on them until reaching an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage.
