100% Chardonnay as per tradition in the Cote des Blancs. We are faced with a Chardonnay that, rather than being characterized by the classic fruity and fragrant note, is characterized by a drier and more minimalist appearance. Conceived like Réserve Brut, but less dosed, it knows how to enhance sapid and mineral notes, highlighting very pleasant and refreshing citrus touches. Excellent with oysters, but not only that. (dosage 2 gr./1.).
