The Mastercut from BENE GIN is classified in the New Western category: juniper can be tasted, but the main stage is taken by other botanicals, primarily fresh citrus notes of lemon, lime, and orange. This is followed by another fruitiness with a hint of pear and peach, as well as slightly floral and herbal notes, complemented by the warmth of cardamom and the spiciness of galangal. The whole is supported by a soft alcohol from sugar beets, whose 48% alcVol allows the variety of aromas to fully unfold. The Bene Gin Mastercut is excellent to enjoy neat, but also retains its individuality in a Gin and Tonic or cocktail.
