Strawberry cream is similar to sweet strawberry candy. The use of several strawberry varieties (Maestro, Mara des Bois, Cirafine) gives an excellent result. This cream can be enjoyed alone with ice cubes as an aperitif or mixed into sparkling wine or dry white wine. All our fruits are produced and harvested on the farm.
