They are grown under the sun and harvested by hand at maturity during the summer months, under the best conditions and with respect for the fruit, on strictly organic farmland as part of the ARMONICOLTURA® project in San Paolo di Civitate in the Gargano natural park. This range of organic tomato sauce is prepared by the Niro family based in San Paolo di Civitate, 15 km from Serracapriola. This family business is experimenting with an innovative and promising agricultural project: bio-musical agriculture. The ARMONICOLTURA® project is a derivative of permaculture, following an approach that respects nature and the environment. The principle is simple yet unprecedented: music is played on the farm plots. The waves, set at a frequency of 432Hz, act on the ecosystems and certain molecules present in the soil and air. This tomato coulis, with its velvety texture, is ideal for recipes with delicate flavors such as gazpacho, fish, or vegetable-based dishes.
