In Native American cultures, the abalone shell is used as a smudge bowl to burn sage in. They believed that the abalone and sage together will carry their messages up to heaven. I love the quality of the abalone shells, everything I have ordered has been wonderful. I did have I item chip in shipment but I'm sure the company will work with us on replacing it.

Products arrived damaged due to improper packaging and not like images depicted. Brand was entirely unresponsive to all outreach and only fulfilled my order AFTER a cancellation request was submitted by Faire. Spend a little more time and look elsewhere to avoid the headache and inconsistent practices. smh.

The Abalone shells were beautiful. The selenite sticks were not as described. They were more chunks of selenite in multiple different sizes rather than sticks. I was unable to use them for their intended purpose and am unable to sell them. Liv Rocks was responsive about the issue and willing to issue a refund right away but I was unable to send the product back in time to receive a refund. The abalone shells sold well though.
