Scrunchies from upcycled Saris

The Sari Scrunchie Collection is crafted by women in Nepal using vintage saris. The scrunchies are made from leftover materials from the production of other beautiful items, making them both environmentally friendly and part of a women-empowering initiative. The organization behind the project trains vulnerable women in sewing, providing them with better opportunities to support themselves. A scrunchie is much gentler on your hair than a regular elastic, yet the elastic is strong enough to hold your hair securely. These scrunchies come in assorted colors, carefully selected for their quality, beauty, and character. Every scrunchies are delivered with LAYA’s beautiful display cards.
