There was a mix-up with an order I placed in October but despite several things going wrong, the seller was able to replace all the items and go above and beyond to ensure I had the products I needed. She was professional in her communication and was willing to work with me to make things right. I appreciate all her hard work! The products are exceptional quality and they sell very quickly in my store!

Originally I didn't get a response for a few days. I was unable to cancel as the order had already been started. My order arrived maybe a week or so later, but I received the wrong items. The cups weren't damaged on arrival, but I requested clear cups and received frosted ones. It didn't match the aesthetics of the project I was working on. The seller offered to reship the items, but I was under a time crunch and didn't have the time to wait for another package to arrive.

Order placed 9/15 and was to ship 9/29 according to seller. As of 10/5 order had still not shipped. Reached our to seller via Faire, no response. On 10/12 I was contacted by a woman in a completely different state saying she had my package. The package had her address on it but my name and packing slip/invoice with the order. What a mess! There is no way I will have these Fall items in time to display in my store. Especially based on the previous turn around time experienced with this vendor.
