My son Asher was diagnosed with a corn allergy when he was 2 after going undiagnosed for years, causing a long list of medical issues including eczema, hair loss and severe gastro problems. After researching his allergy, I found out that there are over 1800 corn derivatives in America which make up nearly every processed food available. Combined with my love of popcorn, I set out to find the closest alternative that doubled as a quick, nutritious snack for my kids. I landed on popped sorghum and after honing my recipes in my own kitchen, it became the first product (of many more to come) that Cob offers! Read their story
